At Riziqa.com, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. As a multivendor marketplace, each seller is responsible for fulfilling orders and handling returns. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are managed for buyers and vendors.
A product is eligible for return or replacement if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
The product is significantly different from its description or images
You received a missing item from an order
The product has a manufacturing fault
To qualify:
The request must be submitted within 3–7 days of delivery (based on vendor rules)
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Personal care items (cosmetics, skin care, grooming tools)
Undergarments, socks, lingerie
Perishable goods (food, groceries)
Digital products or services
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Since Riziqa.com is a marketplace, the vendor reviews the request.
Once approved:
A pickup will be arranged, or
You may be asked to ship the item back
After the item is returned, the vendor conducts a quality inspection.
Refund/replacement will proceed only if:
The claim is valid
The condition matches the return rules
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet balance.
Estimated processing time:
Digital payments (bKash, Nagad, card): 5–10 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD): Wallet refund within 48–72 hours
Vendor settlement refunds: 3–7 working days after approval
Refund time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
You may request a replacement if:
The item is damaged or defective
The size, color, or model is incorrect
Stock is available with the vendor
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
You may cancel your order:
Before the seller processes it
Before shipment
If the seller has shipped the product, cancellation may not be accepted.
In such cases, you may opt for return after delivery (if eligible).
Vendors and Riziqa.com reserve the right to cancel:
Suspected fraudulent orders
Out-of-stock items
Pricing errors or system issues
Full refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations.
Vendors agree to:
Clearly specify their return policy
Respond to return requests promptly
Accept valid returns and process refunds quickly
Ensure their product descriptions and images are accurate
Not list fake, damaged, or illegal products
Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
As a marketplace, Riziqa.com:
Helps coordinate communication between buyers and vendors
Ensures fair handling of disputes
May issue refunds on behalf of inactive vendors and deduct from vendor accounts
Monitors vendor performance and return rates
However, Riziqa.com is not the seller and is not responsible for product defects or misinformation provided by vendors.
If a buyer and vendor cannot reach an agreement:
Riziqa.com will step in
Evidence will be reviewed (photos, videos, delivery status, etc.)
A final decision will be made based on platform rules
