Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
Vendors will receive payments after order completion, minus applicable fees or commissions.
Riziqa.com reserves the right to hold payments in case of disputes or suspected fraud.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Vendors are responsible for shipping products safely and on time.
Delivery time estimates should be clearly mentioned.
Riziqa.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by vendors or carriers.

8. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Buyers may request returns or refunds based on vendor policies and applicable laws.
Vendors must cooperate to resolve disputes fairly.
If a vendor fails to respond, Riziqa.com reserves the right to refund the buyer and deduct the amount from the vendor balance.

9. Commissions & Fees

Riziqa.com may charge:

Vendor registration fees
Product listing fees
Platform commissions
Payment processing charges

Fee structures may be updated at any time with prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Riziqa.com (logo, design, graphics, text, software) is owned by Riziqa.com.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform content without written permission.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must not:
